One of the most anticipated first-person shooter games for mobile devices is just over a week from launch. Activision and Tencent have just announced that Call of Duty: Mobile will be released on October 1st.
The game will be free for all users and will be available in all countries where the Play Store and App Store are available. However, mainland China, Vietnam, and Belgium will be out of the lot.
Call of Duty: Mobile will bring several game modes
Call of Duty: Mobile official confirms the existence of the iconic multiplayer modes we know of the Call of Duty saga. In addition, we will have Battle Royale mode, temporary events and others will be added regularly.
The popular Battle Royale mode in Call of Duty: Mobile will support up to 100 players simultaneously. The fight for survival will take place on a map designed with this mode in mind, containing locations from other Call of Duty games.

In addition to the modes described above, Activision will offer Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy and Free for All modes. These modes will be playable on known maps like Nuketown, Crash or Hijacked.
The higher your skill, the more characters at your disposal
To compensate Call of Duty: Mobile experts, the studio will speed up the unlocking of some iconic characters from the saga. Names like John “Soap” MacTavish and Simon “Ghost” Riley from Modern Warfare or Alex Mason from the Black Ops series will be available.

What to do to get the game
Call of Duty: Mobile’s acquisition process is precisely the same as any other game available for Android or iOS. From October 1st, simply search for the game in the Play Store or App Store and install it on your smartphone.
According to Activision, the game will be standalone that will include major title maps as well as franchise characters and weapons, including Call of Duty Black Ops and Modern Warfare.
Activision also says there is no information about the hardware considered minimal for the game’s execution but that at the moment the team is working to optimize the title by allowing not only high-end handsets to benefit but also from previous generations.
