How to fix: I forgot my member password or password

  1. Go to Appleid.apple.com.

  6. Apple will send a notification to any device that is signed in with your Apple ID. Depending on the device you are using, tap or click Allow, and then follow the instructions to reset your password.
  7. If you can’t use another iPhone, iPad, or Mac, click Don’t have access to your devices? At the bottom of the page on Apple’s identity site.
  8. The next page provides additional options for resetting your Apple ID password:
  • Reset your password when signing in to a new device, such as a new iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac.
  • Use someone else’s iOS device.
  • The website offers a third option you can choose: Can’t go to another iOS device? Which takes you to additional steps on the website.
  1. One of these options should be set up with Apple’s new password.

How to retrieve First ton iPad passcode

There is no long-term trick to pass the passcode for which you need to unlock your iPad. You can use Touch ID or Face ID to bypass it for a while, but you’ll need to enter the passcode after the iPad restarts.

The only way to fix the forgotten passcode issue is to reset the iPad to factory default settings. This means deleting everything from the member. However, during the setup process, you can restore your iPad from backup.

The most straightforward approach to manage an overlooked password is to utilize iCloud to reset your iPad. Use the Find My iPad feature to remotely reset your iPad.

  1. Open an internet browser and go to www.icloud.com.
  2. Sign in to iCloud when prompted.
  3. Select Find iPhone.
  4. When. When the map appears, click All Devices and select your iPad from the list.
  5. When you click on your username, a window appears in the corner of the map. This window has three buttons: Sound, Lost Mode (which locks the iPad from below), and Delete the iPad.
