How to print presentations in Google Slides

It is likely that at some point you will need to print your Google Slides so that you have a physical copy. This is important for reading or reviewing, interpreting a presentation, or supporting your lecture or exhibition. To make things easier, we have developed this practical tutorial where we explain step by step and easy way to print your Google Slides presentation.

Printing your Google Slides presentation

  • Open your Google Slides presentation.
  • Print File Print. A new window opens with options to preview the presentation and configure the printing.
  • Click the arrow on the right in the Destination tab to select the printer.
  • If a printer does not appear on the menu, you will need to add one through your equipment configuration feature. This can be done by following these steps:
