How to print presentations in Google Slides


It is likely that at some point you will need to print your Google Slides so that you have a physical copy. This is important for reading or reviewing, interpreting a presentation, or supporting your lecture or exhibition. Printing your Google Slides presentation

  • Open your Google Slides presentation.
  • Print File Print. A new window opens with options to preview the presentation and configure the printing.
  • Click the arrow on the right in the Destination tab to select the printer.
  • If a printer does not appear on the menu, you will need to add one through your equipment configuration feature. This can be done by following these steps:
