    I am unable to install apk file from my pen drive. In fact, the system does not display the apk file when i plug in the pendrive. I was trying to install waze apk.
    Can you please advise how i should proceed?

    • You can browse the site and download any APK you want. But, before we can install it, you’ll need to make sure that your phone has permission to install third-party apps. You can make sure this is checked under the “Security” tab within your Settings menu. Normally it’ll say allow third-party installations or install from unknown sources.

      Some things to check:

      1. Settings/Secuity Unknown Sources is allowed.

      2. Any screen overlays (blue light blockers etc.) are off.

      Also remove any third party apk installer as that may block the normal application from working. Reboot after doing this
