Hey everyone, I’ve been busy in my life and studies. I almost forgot to post on my site. Now, I’m here today, my mind is full of new things and new ideas which I would like to share with you guys. so, don’t hang up just read and enjoy. In today’s post I’ll be telling you 5+ ways to work smarter and save time. I know saving time is not that easier but trust me by reading my this article you’ll be like “wow, that’s what I’m talking about”. So let’s being.
First, for saving time you gotta need to set up your routine. That’s kinda difficult thing. Don’t worry, I’m gonna help you through this, just follow the instructions step by step.
1- Plan your day before you start:
Most of the people love to jump into their work as soon as they enter their office. That’s the biggest mistake. According to the research, it has been concluded that one minute of planning at the start saves ten minutes of work later. Now, that’s something. In my defense, people should plan before they start, and gotta be stick to it.
2- Do the most important tasks first:
As you can see I said “do the most important tasks” I didn’t say “do the most urgent tasks”, there’s a huge differences between “important” and “urgent”. So, never let the urgent get in the way of the important. By doing, important tasks first, you will be able to deal with time.
3- Rush the unimportant:
Oh Goodness, you’re stuck you have lots of things to deal with but you can’t. Why? what’s the reason? You’re doing your best but still can’t get what you need. Why? Okay, I’m gonna tell you where you’re mistaken. You’re concentrating on unwanted/extra stuff instead of concentrating on your valuable stuff. All you have to do is just focus on real work.
4- Compress your time:
Ah-Ha! That’s my favorite part. Always challenge yourself to get your work done in a certain time period, which should be shorter than you think you can do it. Trying to beat the clock makes work more fun, also you will be amazed at how quickly you’ll finish your jobs when you push yourself under a little pressure.
5- Take lots of break:
Now, here you should probably be thinking how can you take lots of breaks and still done everything? No? Oh come on that’s easy! It’s all about your routine again. Look when ever we do something without taking breaks most of the time just passes by, but you’ll be feeling tired at night. I’m not saying that you should take break of an hour after doing some work, I’m just saying that you should take break: for example 10 mints, or 5 mints. That’s should be easy. After taking break you’ll be fresh your mind will be relaxed and you’ll do work more faster.
